The place has a welcoming and peaceful feel. The staff are really friendly and professional. The food is great quality and healthy. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My experience was great and I would definitely go back.
The service, as expected from a 5 star hotel is very positive, caring and attentive. Rooms are very nice and comfy. We had a dripping sound coming from the bathroom and were moved to a different room right away without any trouble. The highlight of this hotel however is the restaurant in the same connecting building. To this day I dream of the truffle pasta I had there, it was like an out of this world experience, describing it is like trying to describe a color no-one has seen, I remember the experience and the emotions, but for the life of me can not recall the actual taste. Recommended detour for anyone heading to Venice.
No way this is a 5-star property. What a joke. I would like to see their certificate. Poor facilities, dated rooms, no amenities, substandard breakfast, poor sound insulation... Beware, wedding parties take place here on weekends. Make sure your room does not face that side of the hotel.
