Location is great, accessible for all public transport lovers connecting all areas of Dubai, adjacent to union metro. Rooms are good for bachelors & reasonable pricing. 3 people living in one room, shared bathrooms & kitchens for two to three rooms. Cleaning is average to good. Best thing about this place is accessibility to public transport & location.

This is now the second week with no air conditioning, and it’s absolutely unacceptable. Management keeps repeating that it’s being fixed, but an AC repair should not take more than a day—certainly not two full weeks. Meanwhile, the indoor temperatures are reaching up to 45°C (113°F), making it nearly impossible to sleep, relax, or even stay inside during the day. Unless you enjoy living in extreme heat without proper support from management, I strongly advise against choosing this apartment. The living conditions are unbearable, and the excuses have gone on far too long.

Walking down the streets came across it went in to reserve ten rooms for cop28 delegates and probably more before due date.. Receptionist was nice told him to send me room rates messaged twice on WhatsApp read and ignored. Am sure manager or whomsoever don't want to give as usual because am African and I appeared very simple😀😀..When you have money you don't beg or waste your time when there are many available options!!PROUD TO BE AFRICAN!!!
