Excellent Stay with Our Dog We (two people and our dog) stayed for four nights on a half-board basis and had a truly wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, with every meal being a highlight. The service was equally exceptional; we felt incredibly welcome and well-cared for throughout our entire stay. The spa area was perfectly adequate for our needs, offering enough for us to relax and unwind. Our room was also very spacious, providing plenty of comfort for us and our furry friend. We highly recommend this hotel!

Alagna Valsesia is a UNESCO world heritage site and popular for ski enthusiasts and hikers and what better place to stay at the resort than Alagna experience resort. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, check-in was smooth, the hotel itself is nestled between mountains and a short walk to the Alagna Valsesia centre. The breakfast was lovely and the bar staff were courteous. The spa facilities were excellent with a selection of soft drinks available. Swimming pools is both indoor and outdoor, steam and sauna rooms, foot massage and also ice cold showers available. Recommended visiting Alagna Valsesia and the hotel as there much more on offer!

Located in a beautiful, peaceful valley. Plenty of interesting walks and easy walk to cable car. A variety of very good restaurants and a fabulous enoteca close by. We didnt eat in hotel but breakfast was a plentiful and varied buffet. Rooms were large, comfortable and well equipped. We visited in summer so the kitchen was not prepared for self catering however did have a coffee machine and pods. I imagine self catering would be an option during winter season. We would definitely return.
