Alagon D'antique Hotel & Spa

Stayed here with my parents this summer for a couple days. We were three adults staying in one room so it was a bit crowded so I’d recommend getting your own room just for space wise if traveling with 3 people. Upon arrival they gave us access to our room through one room key. We asked for more and they could only give us one more after a couple times of asking. I hope that changes in the future. During our stay, we received excellent service - staff was friendly and kind. We got many vouchers for the spa, food, and more. One big thing to note is the accessibility of the hotel. The hotel does not have accessible showers. The tub is super tall (I’m 5’2”) and it was difficult to get in and out of, especially with the slippery tub. They do provide an anti-slip mat which is nice. My aunt was also on the trip and had knee surgery and couple years ago and uses crutches for stability had a difficult time with the tub. The spa was amazing! My mom and I enjoyed the spa and it was super easy to make a reservation. The service was amazing and the person that runs the spa is so friendly and inviting. All the individuals at the spa were professional and polite.

The service was great, every staff member was attentive and the hotel gives you plenty of discounts and vouchers to enjoy their facilities. The Spa was really good, from the friendly receptionist to the massage therapists, they were lovely. The only downside was the bed in the room, they described the room with a king size bed but it wasn’t.

Hotel rooms were clean, the aircon was good! The hotel receptionist was friendly enough. The bar and restaurant staff were exceptional, especially the duty manager - I can't remember his name. He worked at the restaurant and upstairs sometimes. They offered 1 free cocktail for happy each night, one free dinner, and one free 30 mins foot massage - which was amazing! The pool and pool area is small but is still good. Our hotel room faced one of the light up screen on another building so it was bright in our room at night time until 1am. The only downside is that we paid for two people for one room and one of the girls couldn't come and they couldn't give us the coupons as our friend wasn't there, even though we paid for two people.
