⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the environment was peaceful, and everything was so well maintained. Housekeeping and reception services were truly outstanding — so professional and welcoming. I really appreciate their hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place. Truly an amazing experience!
I had a function held there & the staff were so helpful, specially Mr. Vishnu he was very kind person & really helpful. I felt lucky to had a function out there in that hotel with a bunch of wonderful staff & management. That now I feel I got the most amazing place to recommend to the people & Friend cum brother Mr. Vishnu. The food was so nice that not even a single thing I can't recommend. Should go for there menu it's great with taste.
My check-in experience at the hotel was disappointing due to the behavior of a staff member named Arpan. When I first approached him and inquired about a possible discount for a 14-day stay, he seemed completely unbothered and unwilling to assist. Instead of offering any help, he told me to go ahead and book online. After I completed the booking and showed him the confirmation, his attitude became even more unpleasant. He asked for a 100 AED room insurance deposit, and when I politely questioned the reason, he responded in an agitated and confrontational tone. His approach felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, especially considering I was a guest checking in for an extended stay. I want to emphasize that I don’t have any issues with the hotel itself — it’s a nice property. However, this initial interaction left a negative impression and does not reflect well on the overall guest experience. I strongly recommend that management have a word with Arpan, as such behavior at the front desk can significantly impact how guests perceive the hotel. This is the reason for my 1-star rating, despite the hotel’s other positives.
