Alaiye Resort & Spa Hotel All Inclusive

We had an unforgettable experience thanks to Barış. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially with our children. He played with them, made them smile, and turned every meal into a joyful moment. Our kids absolutely loved him, and so did we. He is truly the best staff member, and we are very grateful for his kindness and warmth! 😊

⸻ Very nice hotel. The food is good with a huge variety, without compromising on quality. The service is excellent, and the staff really go the extra mile. There is plenty of entertainment in the evenings. Note that the hotel is located outside the city center, but there is a bus right in front of the hotel that goes into town from time to time for very little money, and taxis are also not too expensive. Just remember to ask the taxi driver to turn on the meter!

We stayed at Alaiye Resort & Spa for our summer holiday and were really disappointed overall. The hotel is large with good facilities for families and some wonderful staff like security guard Yilmaz and Veysel from the bar (special thank you!) However, the service from reception staff was extremely poor. Despite booking two rooms as a family, we were split across completely different wings and floors of the hotel. When we asked to be placed at least on the same floor, we were told no two rooms were available on the same floor (total lies!) Instead, they kept trying to push a strange deal on us: all stay in one room for two nights, then get upgraded adjacent rooms together. It felt manipulative and very unfair. Our room was outdated, smelled like sewage and housekeeping was careless - we even came back one night to find our door left wide open and dirty bedsheets untouched. Reception staff were cold and dismissive, even when we raised serious concerns. Restaurant female manager was also incredibly rude and unprofessional. There seemed to be a real difference in how Turkish-speaking guests were treated compared to foreign tourists. While there’s plenty to do for families, the lack of professionalism, basic hygiene and customer care means we sadly won’t be returning. The overall service doesn’t match the price or 5-star label.
