Awesome experience. 3-levels of SPA heaven!!! Best welcoming, with a very lucky upgraded room. The SPA is simply heaven on earth. Not easy on the body being pampered all day, but you do your best at it :-) Experience is definitely to be repeating. Happy wife, happy life ;-) Highly recommended!

I truly enjoyed my stay in the hotel! Very pretty place, comfortable bedrooms and the pool/spa area is just incredible! There was one or two "weird" situations with the staff, but nothing more than misunderstandings.

The common areas are more or less fine, but the rooms need a makeover, they are already in need of work, because you can see the wear and tear, at least in the room I stayed in. They tried to improve one new part, the spa, but forgot the rest. In addition, we were given an initial explanation that I had forgotten about halfway through, a card for the room, cards to pick up the towels (if you lose them, it's 30€ card or towel), an appointment for breakfast, an appointment for lunch or dinner, in the SPA you must always wear slippers, a cap and a bathrobe, another thing that fails, they only have bathrobes for adults, my 12 year old son's bathrobe was huge, it's incomprehensible how in a hotel of “excellence” as they say, they don't have bathrobes for teenagers since it's compulsory. I came with an expectation and it was far from what I expected. Only the SPA, which is new, is the exception, for the rest I've stayed in hotels with fewer stars that are much better and better equipped. In the mini fridge there were only 2 bottles of water, no coffee, no tea, nothing. Very poor for the price you pay.
