Lovely resort set right in the heart of kuta beach. It's like a switch from peace and tranquility to happening beach vibes when you step out. Great breakfast spread, best eggs counter, staff and front desk very friendly . There was a conflict in our booking which was quickly sorted out by the management. They were nice enough to send special herbal beverage when they heard my son was down with fever. On the whole perfect beach front resort.

A wonderful place to stay in Bali. such a good location, yet when you step in, the busyness of Bali, just disappears and it is so serene. Wonderful and helpful staff and very good value experience. Dining at Papa's was also memorable. Friendliness of the staff is the hotel's super asset! Well done to management !

The worst hotel to stay, please don’t waste your money by staying over here as all the rooms have infinite worms that you will not have even a peaceful sleep…. After having two nights of bad experience, when I applied for refund, these people don’t even bother to consider the concern that they have to have basic towards a customer.. I paid almost 75,62,460.59 Rupiah per night and had the worst experience ever…. Which they don’t even bother to refund Even though it was their fault, they can just say sorry, sorry, sorry multiple times, but there is nothing in action… I prefer these kind of hotels should be blacklisted so that normal tourist will not be exploited… Please don’t waste your money by staying over here, even the location is good, but pathetic service and pathetic rooms… I would be uploading the photos below For everyone’s reference, even the swimming pool also has worms. Just look at the pics. You will have an idea. I have opted for the best n biggest room in fact Villa in the whole hotel with a private pool and I had got this experience!!! I have been over here with my family, and everyone had bad rashes also, because of the worms!!! The breakfast area is also not at all clean And hygienic…
