Luxurious hotel. The declared 4* are present. The staff is polite, they put themselves in the position of the client, we arrived at the hotel much earlier than the appointed check-in time, but the administrator did not keep us waiting, giving us the keys, wished us a pleasant rest after the trip, and from the first moment we saw the hotel’s care for its clients. Moreover, in rainy weather you will always be offered umbrellas and will answer all your questions. The breakfasts are excellent, varied, from porridge with milk to red fish. You won't go hungry, there is always a dish to suit every taste. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The room is cleaned daily. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Keep it up!

We lived for three days in early April 2020 with a large family with a large pub and a small child in two rooms (one with a balcony, the second one without), having escaped from a so-so hotel in the center of Adler. Starting with communication on the phone regarding the booking, ending with the check-out, everything was just wonderful! We can say that the service provided in the hotel can be an example for many other hotels. The rooms are large, comfortable, cozy, clean, stylish. The Internet is good, fast. The baby was given a crib with the cleanest crisp linen, offered a potty, a robe, a towel for free. The beds are simply huge, the mattresses are of the right firmness, the pillows are ideal (not big and not small). The bathroom is extremely clean, all the accessories are available - gels, shampoos, lotions, hats. The balcony is gorgeous, the doors are sliding, at first it is not clear how to open, but it turns out everything is very simple. Every evening we admired the wonderful green cypresses in the park. The location is excellent - the sea is just a stone's throw away, cafes, restaurants, shops (including Kuban wines and Magnit) are nearby. We mostly walked (2.5 km to Sochi Park along the embankment), and took a taxi, but the bus stop is also one block away. Special thanks for the breakfasts, there is almost everything you could want, from red salted and fried fish to steamed cutlets and milk porridge. Delicious pastries, cakes, coffee from a coffee machine. In the summer, I think it would be wonderful to have breakfast on the terrace! Well, the most important thing is the absolutely human attitude towards guests.
