After making a booking at this hotel and confirming with the receptionist that there will be a shuttle to pick us at the airport we were certain we'll have a place to enjoy our time in Astana. Upon arrival to Astana there was no shuttle, the receptionist, aka Jon Snow, knew nothing, hung up on us the first time and after we called the second time and provided the booking confirmation number promised to call back in 2 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes for his call in the company of our two tired little kids we just cancelled the booking and got a room at a different hotel. I wish I could give 0 stars to rate this experience properly. They might have nice interior but the service obviously leaves much to be desired.
