Good location, very nice breakfast, facilities were excellent, gym, sauna, steam room and Turkish baths, could spend a whole day in this area. Negatives were the room was not very clean, there was rubbish left in the bin from the previous guests. Also the shower area needed to be cleaned properly, actually the whole room did. 3 stars for this hotel, would have been 4 only for the cleanliness.
The location is nice, but it's rather noisy at night. I stayed at an upper floor but still heard incessant music from nearby venues until 4-5 am, not to mention the unending hustle and bustle of the street. If that doesn't bother you though, the hotel is all right and the staff are friendly, breakfast is not bad, and the subway is rather close.
NOT RECOMMENDING!!! WORSE ever hotel in Ankara in terms of service. AC is not working in room. It’s hot like hell. When I asked for another room where it’s working or any fan? Any solution for this? They said “ it’s winter already that’s why it’s not working” 😅 25 degrees outside. Inside maybe 40🥴 ANOTHER THING I came to Ankara transit and wanted to see my friend. They said it’s not allowed for him to come even for few minutes in room. He wasn’t even plan to stay . It’s a policy the said! What a bullshit! I’m in Ankara not first time never happened before, none of hotels!Reception said I have to pay for visitor 1000tl - 30$🤯 When I asked girl on reception “what kind of police is that? Why it’s not written on your site? And show me that policy?” She said - “no we don’t have” . So it’s bullshit just verbally?! Lol
