A fantastic location with some of the best beaches in the world. The hotel is very well run and professional. 2 great pools. Very spacious rooms, that are cleaned daily. Friendly reception. We had a problem in the restaurant with the drinks but it was quickly resolved. If you are half board you have to pay for all drinks at dinner. It was a bit hard for this to be explained at the start. A very nice man explained it to us a bit later. This personal touch was very much appreciated 😁 Hopefully the hotel will make it clearer and display prices in the future. A great location and wonderful hotel. Thank you for helping us to make lovely holiday memories 👍
Fantastic food, great pool and staff. Amazing beach. Perfect for families with little kids. We will be back!
I made a booking for Alba Dorata Village (Località Baia Sas Linnas Sicas, Orosei, 08028, Italy). However, I had to cancel it for personal reasons. I called the Village on the 17th of September, so that I told the Village the reason why I wanted to cancel my booking the same day. The first thing that made my angry during this call was that the girl who picked up the phone couldn’t speak English or Spanish and she didn’t call a colleague who could speak any of these languages. So, I had to make an effort to understand and speak Italian, because she didn’t want me to speak in Spanish slowly. Then, they gave me a different number to cancel the booking and told me to talk to Mrs. Elena. Elena wasn't at the office and another colleague answered the phone. She was the one who helped me to cancel my reservation and said that Booking would send me a message to confirm that the cancellation had been made correctly. Booking sent me a message but they said that my reservation was still active. I entered in my reservation and I couldn’t cancel it and I know I did the cancellation on time to do it half price. Now, more than one week later, I’ve called Booking because the hotel has charged me the full price and they told me that the cancellation was made two days after my call, so they had the chance to charge me more than the day I made the call. In short, I want everyone to know that it’s not only about the money, but it’s also about the manners of the staff of these apartments. They aren’t reliable and, please, notice also the 50€ cleaning fee that they charge you even for one night and that you see clearly once you have made the reservation.
