Alba Palace Hotel

I stayed for a week in this hotel and I had a great time. The room had a sea view as I requested. Equipped with every comfort and clean. The breakfast was truly delicious, both sweet and savory. The structure has a swimming pool and is a stone's throw from the sea in the center of Alba Adriatica. The staff was truly special, they remained in our hearts! Highly recommended!

We left disappointed, we booked the hotel on booking were is state that is 24/h reception.We booked it as we should arrive around 11 o’clock. The host called us at 22 and informed that the reception will be closed, and if we could arrive earlier, of course we couldn’t as this was our arrival time from we’re we where driving. I have arrived at the hotel and it was closed, in 5 minutes the host arrived and we had a really fast check in. The host doesn’t speak English, so she had someone with her to translate. We have been asked if we would like the breakfast in the morning, I told them that if you have that included then yes if not then Is not a problem. In the morning after breakfast we decided to spend one more night here as the apart hotel is ok, and we were hit by a 15€ bill for the breakfast and quoted for the next day even more expensive that we booked on booking. I was really disappointed that we weren’t informed that the breakfast is paid, as I wouldn’t mind to pay because the breakfast was delicious, but would prefer to be informed about that. I still recommend this place if you are with kids, as you still have kitchen and extra bed included.

I stayed one night in August for a whopping €189. The problem isn't the price, as it could be justified by parking, breakfast, cleaning, etc. Yes, there's parking, as they say, but it costs a whopping €10 per day. Breakfast was a tiny table with little to no food. The room was smaller than it appears in the photos. It was very clean, yes, but the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Excellent location.
