Alba Royal Hotel Ultra All Inclusive Adults Only 16

An exceptional ultra all-inclusive hotel with outstanding service that far exceeded my expectations. I visited in mid-March and was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. While the hotel caters primarily to a German-speaking audience, English is also widely spoken. As an adults-only hotel, it offers a peaceful atmosphere without the noise of children. The WiFi has limited coverage but is impressively fast when connected. The spa facilities, gym, sauna, and Turkish steam bath are excellent, though the wellness staff can be a bit pushy to sell you more massages than you want. Be assertive with them. Except for the massages, all other wellness facilities are included and perfectly accessible. Both indoor and outdoor pools are available, though at 140 cm deep, they aren’t suitable for diving. My room was spotless, but the bathroom could use a thorough renovation. The food is of high quality and available all day long. I am returning there definitely.

Our experience was amazing, the food is delicious and the servise is also amazing. The beach was also in a close proximity to the hotel and there were always enough of free loungers. The rooms were also always clean with fresh towels. Overall the hotels is an amazing place to go an have a little detox and some time to relax. There were just minor infonveniences such as unreliable and slow wifi, which if you want a little detox from the online world may be good, and often the loungers by the pool were all full since early in the morning. Besides that our holiday was great and I would recommend comming here.

It could have been just perfect holz and it was in regards with abundant and various menu and refreshment all day long, smiley and helpful staff, beautiful surroundings and entertainment. Shortly we came for ‘the city that never sleeps’ which this adult complex supposes to be and of course you come primarily for the beauty of the sea and beach at least we did. That ‘BUT’ is for incredibly noisy animals bread there, we heared them every single night, we were woken up at 4:20 one night! Sorry but this is a huge downside. Clients come to have fun and noise but not get woken up like this. We didnt sleep 4 nights out of 5. This is ‘the adult’ part of the whole complex but other separate adjacent ones allow families and that bothered us at the beach when they cry and shout and if animals are there for them then its even a bigger downside. One more negative thing is a very poor English level of staff which is no 1 international language. They could not help us even when we used basic vocab.
