We stayed here from the 21st of this month with our son who’s non verbal. We were really worried upon seeing the reviews but honestly they must just be people looking for 5* quality for 4* price. The staff in reception were quick and attentive, not overly happy and smiley but got their job done well and quickly. Restaurant staff were all absolutely lovely and catered to our every request. Bar staff again were all nice enough, even Hector despite his bad reviews! The female lifeguard can be a bit of a crank so things like floats and balls can’t go in the pool, when the lad is on he lets you till it gets too busy to be safe. Lifts took the mick at busy times but were fine otherwise. Really convenient location, although book a private transfer if you don’t want to walk uphill from the beach as the roads are too narrow for a coach to drop you off outside. We came here for the 1st time last October having not been abroad for 20 years. Well after our last experience out of season, we are here again now in June and totally don't regret it. Food has so much choice, staff are so friendly and helpful and the room is clean and comfortable. It's an amazing holiday once again here

Avoid if You Value Your Time and Comfort Don't waste your time or money here. Reception staff are slow and unfriendly. Rooms are average but often smell like sewage. The only upside is the friendly restaurant staff and decent food. Bar staff, however, are rude, and the all-inclusive package feels like a constant struggle—you’re limited to two drinks at a time, and only between 12:00 and 23:00. Snacks like fries or hotdogs take ages—expect to wait 30+ minutes for basic food. The spa is a joke: broken jacuzzi, rundown pool, broken Turkisch steam bath and a sauna door that’s barely hanging on. Elevators are overwhelmed during peak times, and the so-called "gym" doesn't exist. They claim to be 4-star, but it’s misleading—circles, not stars, and it feels more like budget camping than a resort. I hope others don’t fall into the same trap. They may respond with promises to “evaluate your feedback,” but don’t expect much to change.
