Camera molto moderna, cibo ottimo con ampia scelta tra carne e pesce per qualunque pasto, cameriere Michele contraddistinto dalla capacità di mettere a proprio agio i clienti, anticipando le loro richieste. Pulizia eccellente grazie alle due signore delle pulizie sempre disponibili e gentili soprattutto con il mio cagnolino, un ringraziamento agli animatori dell’hakuna matata Miki, Delia e Bea, bravissimi ragazzi, competenti, coinvolgenti e simpatici. Un ringraziamento va al viva yacht club che ha organizzato eventi con ospiti davvero spettacolari per esempio ferragosto con Roberto Milani e radio 105. Infine un ringraziamento a Peter ma soprattutto a Giovanni, disponibile con i clienti , competente, accomodante che ha sempre la soluzione a portata di mano. L’ albergo è posizionato direttamente sul porto turistico e con una breve passeggiata è possibile raggiungere il lido Nautilius convenzionato con la struttura. Il lido offre vari servizi con giochi per bambini e ristorante, bagnini Giuseppe ed Emanuele sempre pronti e disponibili. Vacanze divertenti.

No sound isolation at all. I could hear people breathing on the first floor of the hotel. A hairdryer included in the room, did not fit the plug outlet. Meals in the hotel are served without salt. for 3 days straight there was no warm water to shower with.

My partner and I stayed at this property from 2 to 9 July 2022 in room 121. Let me start by saying that I don't usually leave negative reviews but this property disappointed our already low expectations. The structure, dated and undergoing renovation, has an excellent position about 500m from the beach and close to the town center, reachable by climbing some steps uphill. The room assigned to us wasn't bad and had a balcony overlooking the sea, it's a shame that the shower with a 60x60 tray is only suitable for slim people. The cleanliness of the rooms is good with daily linen changes although a sweep under the bed every now and then wouldn't hurt. The large beach is not granted to the hotel but to a beach which also supports other structures. Virtually non-existent entertainment, consisting of muscle toning and water aerobics and present only in the morning and only on the beach, differently from what is indicated on the hotel website, therefore I have not understood how 70 euros per week, for two people, for a club card can be justified, given that the entertainment seems to be made available by the lido (which among other things has popular prices, an umbrella and two sunbeds costing 10 euros) for all its customers. But let's get to the really sore point, THE COOKING, simply SHAMEFUL and unfortunately it wasn't just our opinion but that of all the people we dealt with. The buffet side dishes, in extremely limited quantities, which disappeared a quarter of an hour after the restaurant opened. The courses often arrived cold, the pasta was often raw, not al dente, RAW and sometimes in the same dish you would find three different pasta recipes, skimpy sauces and no seasoning. Other than traditional Apulian dishes, we have never found these flavors even in the worst canteen. Given the flies that were wandering around the restaurant undisturbed, I don't even want to think about what could be in the kitchen... A positive note for the two waiters, Ignazio and Macarena, who we found very kind and helpful. In conclusion, we absolutely do not recommend this property.
