Albanopolis Hotel

We had a wonderful stay in Tirana for our wedding anniversary, and what truly made it special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional, especially the receptionist, Isbel. My wife complimented the beautiful bangle she was wearing, and to our surprise, Isbel gifted it to her as a gesture of kindness. It was such a touching and unforgettable moment. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was the warmth and generosity of the people that truly left a lasting impression.

We stayed one night at this hotel in Tirana and was genuinely impressed. The place is spotless—super clean and well-maintained—and the overall atmosphere feels luxurious without being over the top. The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the main tourist attractions. Whether you’re in Tirana for a quick visit or a longer stay, this hotel makes a fantastic base.

By looking at the original interior deco and the materials used for the rooms, it once was intended as a higher end establishment, but the current state is somewhat run down and lack of any care: the bathroom blinds does not work, walls in the room with peeling paints, etc. There seems to be very few people staying there when I was staying. Staffs were friendly enough but lack of any enthusiasm required for the hospitality industry. It's a pitty as the location is quite good and the neighborhood seems to be a safe, upcoming one with tons of restaurants, bakeries, etc.
