It was awesome! The staff were amazing, our room was very tidy and clean. The hotel’s location is very near SultanAhmed mosque so it’s right in the centre. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, special thanks to Ramazan, Yunus and Bakhtiyar. This hotel is my No.1 choice for every trip, will be staying there for my next ones!
Recommend. Great staff, tidy and clean rooms. Great prices. And the location is perfect, near Hagia Sofia Mosque, Sultanahmet Mosque, Small Hagia Sofia Mosque. Near from bust station, tramway station and Grand Bazaar also.
Upon arrival, I was told to wait in an hour but got the card to get room earlier than expected. Got to the room but the door was open and the cleaner stuff was still inside the room and they haven't cleaned the room when I got the room. So I had to wait at least 20 minute.The room was too small and the washroom was very small. Everything was shady and dirty even the refrigerator was all fungus and mold. It'd so disgusting. The AC wasn't working at all. I wouldn't recommended this place at all! I have had the worst experience ever in my life. It was 2 night stay at this hotel. So disappointed! I would give this place a zero stars!!!
