Good rooms, cozy stay, good hygienic food and friendly staff. This is situated near lake como and there are some very good hiking spots nearby to explore. Surrounded by serene landscape, this has many things to offer. We stayed here for 2 days and explored some of the best hidden gems around. The hotel rooms are really good and very well maintained. You can even request food depending on your taste.
No air conditioning on a 23 degree C evening. Offered a different room and still had no AC. So if you like air conditioning in the hotel you’re staying in. Don’t stay here! It’s terrible.
The reception who is the women in the morning in 13 April is very rude and aggressive we only ask her where is the breakfast and we just want to sit she says it s not nice that many people sit around the hotel is not nice. She is very rude and loud noise
