Wonderful young lady Anita was patient, assertive and made my stay perfectly smooth and comfortable:) Amazing location, wonderful sea view and hotel where i will definitely come again

The hotel itself is in a very nice spot, the room with a balcony gives a nice (a bit obstructed) view of the sea. But for such an expensive hotel, we had way too many issues. When we arrived with a motorcycle and asked where we can park, they offered us a paid garage, when we asked if there is on-street parking for free, they said that they have no idea. Which was surprising since not even 20 meters away you can find motorcycle parking next to a grocery store. Next issue was that our key card would stop working pretty much every time we would leave the room. I had to go to reception a total of 7 times in two days to fix the card, no one offered to change the cards or the room. But the worst part was the room cleaning service - I have never stayed in a hotel where room cleaning is mandatory every day and if you are in the room when they come to clean, they will ask you to leave, so no napping during the day or doing anything in the room :) when we said that we don't want our room cleaned, the cleaning lady told us that "we must" leave the room. On the second day, when we came back to the room after it was cleaned, we found the door wide open, with cleaning stuff left on the floor. Guess what, no one was in the room, so they just left it open after cleaning it. And when we left the cleaning stuff outside the door, no one picked it up until the next day. So if we came back later, the room door would have been open for the whole day. I would only recommend to stay here if you have low expectations and just want to have a view of the ocean for a very high price.

The room was terrible, parking was extra, the food was awful. The staff was polite. Definitely not worth €200 per night. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
