Great location in center city, quiet streets, lovely and comfortable room, good size bathroom. Welcoming staff. Can be reached from Reggio Emilia AV train station by bus and walk. Restaurants and shops around the corner. Breakfast buffet is outstanding.

It’s may, 30+ degrees out, but they won’t turn on the AC. Asked why - it’s due to a law. Checked- there is no such law. It’s made up. The law is for public buildings such as schools, not hotels. In booking - AC is available in the room we have. After all of that, they don’t even have a fan to provide us.

This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at which is very disappointing. The room I am booked in is a single room, very small, dark with small windows and no ventilation and has a very strong smell of mould that is hard to breathe and sleep in. When I approached management they refused to change my room and didn't take my feedback seriously at all. They said open the windows theres nothing we can do. I had to stay over 8 days in a terrible room feeling congested and stressed. The reception staff are not friendly and don't listen or care about feedback
