Albergo Losone

We really enjoyed our week at Albergo Losone. Our children (ages 6 and 4) took full advantage of the kids club/play area and swimming pool. They loved hitting golf balls on the pitch & putt course. The staff were lovely and made us feel at home (especially Cif who made origami animals for the kids each night and helped my husband and I practice different languages such as German, Cantonese and French). Barbara was lovely at the spa and she did made our 6-year old daughter feel so special with her manicure. The food was delicious and we appreciated how much variety and choice there was each evening (we did the half board, which we thought was fantastic). We had day trips planned each day to explore Ticino (so much to do!), but we wished we had more time to spend at the resort. We had to leave very early on check-out day, and the staff did a lovely job making sure we had lunch packed and coffee ready for our really early check out time. Thank you, we would love to come back!

A fantastic family resort, perfect for parents and children to relax and enjoy! Food is excellent, love that breakfast buffet is open until 12 noon. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the hotel in all simply beautiful and inviting! We will definitely come back another time.

Great hotel, with very good facilities and overall amazing staff. The kind of hotel you want to be in - staff is always ready and happy to help making you feel welcome and at home! In my opinion the rooms need a bit of decor updating and small renovation so it justifies also the price. We also had small issue with ant infestation in the room which was promptly treated but nonetheless annoying to have whilst on holidays.
