The Cloister was a part of a church dedicated to St. Domenico, now an 4 stars italian Hotel!
We booked this hotel for 2 nights: 2.01.2024 - 4.01.2024 It’s seems like this is a good hotel in the center, so we expected the service of 4 star - hotel. But something went wrong: First of all, our shower was broken from the very beginning. The shower holder didn't work. The hotel staff said they couldn't do anything about it. agree, this is not the level of a 4 star hotel. Then we discovered that some sockets in the room did not work. especially near the desk, but I needed to work with my computer and for me the presence of working sockets was very important. after our next complaint about the sockets, the hotel staff also did not solve our problem. they only offered us to move to another room, but it was worse than ours. in my opinion, after a number of such incidents, we deserved at least a discount, and at most, relocation to another nomnom (of the same category)
For luxury room, the room was really bad condition. when we sleep in the corner there is spider web,the curtain from white getting grey close to black and the air conditioning we cannot control it,and was so hot that time in August. Also when you take a shower the water you cannot control it,sometimes hot and very hot and going cold and to cold(impossible)and breakfast area outside full of rubbish and fur of bird,at least before you giving customers to eat outside,please swapping the rubbish around.
