Alberni Jabal Hafeet Hotel

The room was fantastic and the service was always polite and very quick and helpful. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool especially with the water slides. Also the badminton court was very cheap ans affordable. It's the perfects family holiday destination. This is all thanks to Mr. Krishna

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to ms Laxmi at the reception. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. She was professional, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Thank you, Ms Laxmi for making our stay so pleasant. The hotel is lucky to have such a dedicated and friendly team member at the front desk!

Avoid this restaurant unless you’re in the mood for stress and high blood pressure. The service is almost non-existent. No one checks on your table, not even to offer water or ask if you’d like to order starters. You’ll have to keep calling them over — and even then, good luck getting proper attention. I don’t go out to dine in just to end up walking to the counter like it’s a cafeteria. The menu feels like it belongs in a 1-star hotel, yet the prices say otherwise. Totally not worth it. This place used to be nice when it first opened — but now? It’s just disappointing. Never again.
