Great location hotel for Prague visitors ! The hotel offers a safe locked and camera operated parking lot. Rooms are very clean and fresh - must have been refurbished not long time ago. The receptionist was kind, helpfull and spoke very good English. Breakfast buffet offered conventional breakfast setup consisting of fresh bread, continental items, selection of ham, cheese and some vegetables. Cereal section had good variety of items with fresh dairy products to choose from. The location is really good. You can catch underground tube from local Metro station literally 5 minutes from the hotel which will take you to the central Old Town within less than 15 minutes.
Super Clean, great service really close to the tram link. Highly recommend.
Me and my daughter stayed in room 212 on 17th August, a Saturday night. The AC was broken and the room was very hot during the night due to the fact that it had been +34 during the day, making us not getting much sleep before our 900km drive to Belgrade the next day. Basically the worst night I've ever experienced in a hotel. The problem with the AC was relayed to the day front desk personell when we left the room in the afternoon to have dinner and she promised she would check it. When we got back in the evening the AC was still not functioning and the evening person, said she was aware of the issue and the technician they had contacted wouldn't be able to fix it until Monday. The hotel was booked out and no other rooms were available. They would however speak to the manager on Sunday morning and give me a discount. Sunday morning I asked again to the front desk person if the manager would be contacted and I was now told that the manager would contact me Monday for the discount. The manager didn't contact me on the Monday as promised and I had to send several messages and a mail before I got a response a week later. I was offered a 10% discount which I rejected and asked for a proper discount for the major inconvenience. A broken AC is not a small inconvenience like a broken TV or a broken minibar. I've been totally ignored by the manager since my message and it has now been a month. The breakfast was also pretty meager with little too close from.
