Rooms are very nice. Includes TV, AC, and single serve coffee machine. Hot showers but less than desirable water pressure. Bath robes and safe provided. Our room had a nice balcony facing the street. Parking is limited. Stairs to the front entrance. Wheelchair accessible entrance available upon request (open garage doors). Nice patio in the middle and pool too.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at Ablorata Hotel. For starters, I booked the reservation on Airbnb. When we arrived to the hotel, they couldn't find our reservation and I was scared that I paid a scammer for a room. They ended up saying they would look into it; we were checking in around 6:00 pm, and they said they had to prepare a room and it would take 30 minutes. We found this odd because one would think by 6:00 pm all of the rooms would have been cleaned. When we went to the room we were missing pillow cases on the pillows and hand soap in the bathroom. We informed the person at the front desk and we never received these things. After housekeeping came the following two days, we received our pillow cases, but didn't receive bath towels (twice) and never received hand soap for the bathroom. The pool is very small and pretty dirty, and it doesn't appear like a lot of guests use it (we did, but we didn't stay in very long). Our reservation came with breakfast, which was decent, but nothing spectacular. The hotel itself was very nicely decorated and the room had some nice technology like a smart TV, electronic curtains and a modern/convenient air conditioner. The staff were always friendly and the hotel is located in a great area. Our first night we found an amazing restaurant nearby, and then wandered onto Chapultepec, which is fun and convenient. I would recommend this hotel, but I would not recommend booking it on Airbnb.

The Aborata overcharged me for my stay there last month! I was charged more than what was originally agreed to and then they wouldn't honor our agreement to waive my first night stay. My flight was delayed and I wasn't able to make the first night, I gave them a call and they said they would NOT charge me for the first night stay due to the delay, but THEY DID and would not honor our agreement. So not only was I overcharged, I was charged the night I did NOT stay there. The stay was less than desirable, the toilet would not flush, no ice machines, no cable, and no iron! How can I enjoy a vacation when the basic function of a toilet flush is not met?!... and I'm being overcharged!! Never Again!!
