Albufera

Location is about 5/10 minute walk from the beach. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and greet you often in the language you speak, espically Dolce Maria who remembered us from a different location 2 years ago! The pool bar staff were also friendly and were up for a chat, we received amazing service from Toni and Pepe. The rooms were cleaned daily to an amazing standard, including placing stuffed animals on the beds. This hotel was an amazing experience, seemingly enjoyed by families, couples and solo travelers.

We had a great holiday in this hotel. This is our second time in this hotel. We stayed here in May 2025 Rooms are clean , food was tasty and everyday something different. Location is also good near to the beach and shops. All by all we can recommend this hotel.

Everything was really good except some small details. The location is great 5 minutes walk from the beach and the centre. Pool area was great. Rooms clean and tidy with good a/c and soundproof. Breakfast and dinner awesome. Staff in the reception really kind and helpful. The bed mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The staff in the pool bar didn't seem very friendly and polite. You can't comunicate in English. Wifi didn't work in the room.The plates at the restaurant weren't clean enough every time we had this issue...
