Alchymist Prague Castle Suites Hotel

My lady said she wanted opulent. Alcymist Prague Castle Suites delivered like whoa. We stayed in the two-bedroom suite with the balcony; the library room they called it. Absolutely spectacular. Some of the art in this room rivaled the paintings in the many cathedrals, grottos, and chambers within walking distance. Prague Castle is literally behind you, a 15-20 minute walk from the front door of the hotel which is conveniently next to the Czech Parliament should you need to submit a bill for review to the senate. Not your hotel bill, of course. A five minute walk and you have one of the best Czech breweries in the city at your disposal, the Charles Bridge waiting to accept you along with the many other tourists that flock in the afternoon, and views of the skyline that make you wonder if someone punched you in the jaw. The staff is attentive and specific, offering tons of help online to ensure I had peace of mind that everything was to be as I wished. They were ever present but unobtrusive, letting us come and go as we pleased, which matters in such a small boutique hotel with very limited number of rooms. I'm sure the day will come when I"ll need to book a different hotel in Prague, but that day will be a disaster, 'cause this place is aces across the board.

I heard great things from family who stayed here previously and this place still exceeded all my expectations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, every interaction was extremely pleasant. The rooms were very spacious, beautifully decorated, and considerably clean compared to most hotels. The breakfast was simple but included a few vegetarian options which ended up being my favorites (i’m not vegetarian btw).

Fantastic and very personal service. This hotel makes you feel like you're staying with family in a beautiful house. Delicious breakfast. Amazing staff.
