Two things I can say , the cleaning and the air conditioning are 10 out of 10 . The air conditioning is inside the wall ( at least in my case) and it’s blowing on the ceiling and not on ur body. I can’t but strongly recommend. After a day to the beach or in the hot summer days , to find ur room ice cold , the best feeling in the world. And also the staff, is very friendly and professional, not basic, if u want to talk about something with them , u won’t get bored. 🤷🏻‍♂️🌅🌃

We were looking forward to our stay at Alcudia Petit but unfortunately we were quite disappointed - it didn't ruin our holiday by any means, but we were hoping for a small, boutique hotel experience but there were some things that simply weren't good enough when you've paid a large amount of money to stay somewhere for a week. Pros - Great location - Really great breakfast buffet, lots of choices & lovely & fresh - Daily cleaning service reliable & good (although the room wasn't super clean on arrival & there was glass on the floor from the broken door both on arrival & the eventual repair work) Cons - We were "upgraded" to the family room at Can Vent Hotel round the corner and, although the room seemed impressive on first entry (pretty large across 2 floors, an exposed brick wall above the bed, jacuzzi bath tub etc), we soon spotted some issues. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked (there was a used pantyliner in the bin!), it also lacked the little extras you would expect as standard e.g. hand soap. However, we decided to put these things to one side as we had to formally complain about the toilet seat being broken & also some smashed glass at the bottom of the toilet cubicle sliding door. The glass was really quite dangerous & would have caused serious damage to a foot if caught underneath it. Glass was hanging off where it had smashed with jagged edges. It also meant we couldn't close the toilet door. With the layout of the room & the toilet not actually been separate to the room (only separated by the broken glass door), the toilet now basically became part of the room which was not pleasant. - Overall It felt like our upgrade was actually an overbooking issue & we were given an unready room. - The man on reception was very attentive when we mentioned these things & said a technician would come to following day. The toilet seat was fixed promptly but the glass door wasn't mended until the Wednesday (having checked in on the Friday evening) which meant we weren't able to close the toilet door for much of our time in the room. Little shards of glass had also been left all over the floor when we arrived back at our room on the Wednesday evening. The 'fix' was also to just glue a piece of safety glass into the broken gap which didn't give us much faith in the door. - A smaller comment, but definitely worth mentioning (especially if a family did actually book this room!), was that we found the downstairs area with the sofa bed to be extremely dark (there was literally one tiny, dim light on the wall!) & it was also pretty warm as there was no A/C down there. The tiled flooring on the stairs would be quite precarious with small children & the glass banister / divider at the top of the staircase was wobbly. Unfortunately we wouldn't recommend this hotel or stay here again but hope that the hotel group take note of this review as, with a bit of attention to the room, we could have had a very different experience.

Unfriendly Staff. Rooms trying to be glamorous but facilities not good. Glass walled bathrooms impractical with nowhere to put your stuff. No soap at the basin (we were told to use the shower gel). No mirror in the bathroom (except a small shaving mirror on an extension arm). No lift - so you have to drag your bags up 25 stairs. No offer to help either. Wifi is terrible. Breakfast not served until 8.30 - terrible for cyclists who want to avoid the heat.
