We are immensely grateful to the hotel staff for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Every team member greeted us with a smile and delivered top-notch service—special thanks to them all. The food was outstanding: high-quality ingredients, delicious dishes, and fantastic breakfasts. The bartender crafts excellent cocktails. The hotel itself has been beautifully refreshed after the renovation—everything feels stylish and authentic. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

I recently stayed at the Vignette Collection Aldhafra Resort for two nights, and I must say – it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location and atmosphere are absolutely stunning. Despite it being summer, the climate was surprisingly pleasant in the evenings, and we were able to sit outside comfortably after 6–7 PM, soaking in the serene desert vibes. The food was great overall. There was a bit of confusion at the beginning, but what really stood out was the level of care – the chef personally came over to ensure everything was perfect. That level of attention made us feel truly valued. Even the General Manager was present and actively making sure operations were running smoothly, which speaks volumes about their dedication to service. The resort offers a range of facilities and complimentary activities that make it ideal for families and couples alike – from the pool, kids' room with fun activities, and table tennis, to unique complimentary experiences like camel riding and star gazing. These thoughtful additions made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant team deserves a special mention – their service, hospitality, and attention to detail were top-notch. The views from the resort are simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s the perfect escape if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with luxury, excellent service, and a touch of authentic Emirati experience. Highly recommended – and I’m already looking forward to visiting again!

1. The interior has become more luxurious since the hotel was renovated. 2. There are small fun attractions provided for free. 3. The quality and taste of breakfast and dinner have greatly improved due to the improvement of the in-house restaurant.★ 4. The staff is very friendly. 5. The surroundings of the hotel are quiet and peaceful, making it a good place for meditation. 1. There are too many pigeons around, so I am a little cautious about getting hit by pigeon droppings. 2. The price is relatively high, but considering the scenery and the special nature of the desert, it is somewhat understandable. But I wish the price was a little lower! 1. I wanted to see the stars in the desert in front of the hotel at night, but the surrounding lights were too bright, so it was a little disappointing. I wish they would turn off the outside lights for about an hour around 11pm. If they explained to the guests at check-in that the outside lights would be turned off for 30 minutes or an hour at 11pm so that they could see the stars, I think it could actually be a unique advantage for this hotel. (I personally think that many people come to the Liwa desert for the purpose of stargazing.)
