We had a wonderful stay at Club Aldiana – a spacious, well-designed resort that's perfect for families. The layout feels like a small village, with a mix of larger buildings and cozy bungalows in various sizes. It’s lovely to walk between the bungalows and make your way down to the beach. The club is set directly on the sea, with beautiful sandy beaches. However, be aware there are no sun loungers or umbrellas on the beach – you'll need to bring towels (were provided by the club) and lie directly on the sand, which can be a bit inconvenient over time. That said, the beach is ideal for long, scenic walks. Our bungalow was clean and simple, with a double bed and a sofa bed – perfectly adequate for our needs. A safe was provided, and housekeeping was available daily upon request. The staff ist very friendly and helpful. We received a warm, heartfelt welcome at check-in, and the service remained excellent throughout our stay. The team speaks mostly Spanish, German, and English. A great eco-friendly touch: every guest receives a reusable plastic water bottle, which can be refilled at stations around the resort. This eliminates the need for disposable plastic bottles – a big plus! We were very pleased with the food – great quality, plenty of variety, and something for everyone. As you'd expect in a club resort, there was entertainment every evening, from live music to DJs. Personally, I’d prefer shorter theater or musical shows and more time for music and dancing, but that’s just personal taste. Entertainment usually wrapped up around midnight and never felt disruptive. There’s no on-site laundry service, but external options are available. We rented a car for a few days (highly recommend CICAR – reliable and affordable), which allowed us to explore the island. There are so many beautiful spots to discover. Parking was free right outside the club, and CICAR even offered transfer service on request. Overall, we felt completely at ease and well taken care of at Club Aldiana – and we’d absolutely love to return!

Staying in the neighboring hotel, and we are extremely bothered by the noise from Aldiana. They are blaring music from around 22:00 until after midnight every evening. I can’t imagine how unbearably loud it must be on their premises. Stay away if you want calm evenings.

We were driving around the island with our 3 month old child and mistimed his meals. We turned to the first place we saw to prepare his bottle which happened to be this hotel. At this point our baby was heavily distraught. We asked whether they had a place where we could give him his bottle and pay for a drink. We were told that this was not possible as we weren't guests of the hotel. At the staff's direction we prepared his bottle on a toilet and sat down on a chair to feed him at which point they did what every sane person would do in this situation: they asked security to escort us off the premises. The security guard at least had some understanding for our situation and allowed us 5 minutes to finish. Apparently there are people operating in the hospitality industry who have no clue what the word "hospitality" means.
