I was greeted by the super friendly host, along with some cute big dogs. The hotel overall is really luxurious for its location, and not only that. The rooms are spacious. The furnitures are on the higher end. The bathroom is the best bathroom I've had for the last 30 or so hotels. Everything was functioning well. Gotta include the fast wi-fi! I liked the design, all the details. I so much liked that you can close the windows from the outside, so that no light can pass, for a better sleep. The bed was big and comfortable. The Japanese art at the lobby was a good addition. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to dine or to have a breakfast. Yet, from what I saw, the restaurant area was top-notch as the whole hotel. I definitely recommend it. Thanks for everything!

Pre booked at reasonable price. Got near to date and cancelled my booked as the prices have gone up and resold the room at a higher price due to europa league final.

Booked and Paid via Expedia with confirmation - drove 2.5 hours. Arrived and told no room for us and to go to another hotel. After we left room still “available” online to book? Maybe a honest mistake but now we must try and arrange accommodation at 18:30pm
