All the amenities and stuff to do with kids are here as you expect from a 4-star all-inclusive resort. Excellent location (although a bit isolated), pools with slides and evening shows for the whole family. Good selection of paid drinks, if you are not happy with the free beer and wine on tap. Food is OK quality, but nothing to brag about. Hotels offers free lift to the beach if you cannot bother walking. The exclusive beach area is large with plenty of umbrellas and beach chairs with free food and drinks form the café.

We are visiting family in Russia living in the USA and having travelled to many family Carriebean resorts as points of comparison from the nature given beach/ocean to the amenities and service that we experience. The beach setup is the best we have seen with large umbrellas, change rooms, sand wash showers, café, security, and shuttle ride except the plastic uncomfortable lounge chairs but understandable in the context of ease of managing them in large quantities. However, the sea was consistently 22C, full of grass, with cold wind which is uncomfortably cold to enjoy for a family in the USA going to the beach in the summer. The amenities are inconsistent throughout the property so as Russian roulette would suggest we got building 13 that looks like a hospital fortress with very basic furniture that consisted of beds, small table, and one chair which is certainly not on par with a 4 star rating anywhere. The balcony was large and the bathroom was small but thoughtfully equipped. The service and staff was very friendly and accommodating but they would not go as far as trying to get us a better room since. Also, the food while presented in a great way with a lot of Russian traditional dishes was underwhelming and instantly cold when served with limited choices for what we would expect to be eating at different time of the day. For example, why there is no way to have freshly made bliny or omelets in the morning, more choices of soups for lunch, and made to order beef steak or hot pasta with sauce and vegetables with all common in the Caribbean that result in less food waste and high quality dining experience that guests would want to come back for. We have to credit amazing entertainment (called animation) with lots of great music and dancing, and all day cafes serving fast food for the kids. In conclusion, if someone like us looking for a beach and sea experience this is not the place but if you are looking to spend time in July at a resort enjoying pools, entertainment, and not too picky about the food then this deserves serious consideration.
