Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom in our room had a shower cabin, it felt a bit tight, water pressure was good, the heating boiler is "private" a.k.a. It's for your room only. The room had a kitchen stove, oven and sink, no utensils and appliances besides a microwave and a refrigerator. The food in the restaurant is decently priced and tastes good, we dined twice for the two nights we stayed. The SPA facilities are great looking, it's warm and clean.
It is a nice and clean family hotel. During our stay it was realy overcrowded, despite Covid it looked and felt overbooked. The parking and spa are realy not ment for so many visitors. Probably if it was not so busy we would have liked it more.
For the 3rd time we visited this hotel. They still need a lot of improvements(cards payments for the restaurant) it is not possible that if you planned to stay more than 3 nights u must come with hundreds of levas in cash in order to enjoy drinks and food. It will be easier to charge it in the room and at the end of the holidays to pay for it. I understand it is a family hotel but the kids in the spa area must be with some rules (screaming, running and jumping) can't be allowed at least in the relaxing area.
