Had a really nice holiday here. Great rooms (we had sea view) with massive beds. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant though not all spoke English. This is very much a hotel for Spanish people. Food very good with excellent choice for each meal. Unfortunately there seemed to be a shortage of staff in the restaurant on a couple of days, this resulted in slow service and a shortage of food. Local resort is quite nice with a few restaurants.

I think other reviews capture it well—this place is decent for what you pay, but definitely not the best. There were a few frustrations: I was in a room at the edge of the hotel where the Wi-Fi only worked in parts of the room. The fridge had to be replaced three times because it kept failing. The food was the biggest letdown, processed, repetitive, and unappetizing. If you’re staying more than a few days, you’ll likely end up eating elsewhere. The pool area had a strong bleach/chlorine smell—not unpleasant like urine, but very chemical-heavy. They also don’t enforce any smoking restrictions in the pool zone, so it’s not unusual to see adults smoking near the kids’ play areas, which isn’t ideal. Check-in is another weak spot—it took a minimum of 15 minutes and seemed consistently slow. That said, there are some real positives: the water slides are fantastic and my child absolutely loved them. When their wristband broke, the front desk staff were kind and helpful. There’s good outdoor music and plenty of activities to keep kids entertained. Water pressure in the showers was excellent, and housekeeping kept the rooms clean and on schedule. If you plan your time wisely—like using the pool when others are at lunch or arriving early for dinner—you can avoid most of the crowds and enjoy your stay more comfortably.

It was ok, the food was ok (ISH) but inconsistent, one day they had nuggets that were awful and the next they had nuggets that were of much better standard ( for my children). The hotel room was very clean so that was good and the hotel it's self was good too. The animation staff were a little lost, my children didn't do a lot with the club as we didn't know what was going on when. The big slide in the pool was uncontrolled ( no monitor) so a lot of people were going down and have accidents as they were going down all at once. The slide also caused quite a few bruises and cuts on my children my eldest even called it the death slide 🤣 so I think that needs addressing. The shows they put on were amazing, parrot, birds of prey and the magician were fantastic so that was brilliant. So all in all we had a good time I just think a few things need addressing. The reception staff were brilliant as well.
