A Hidden Gem for an Amazing Holiday! While this hotel is clearly a favorite among Spanish guests, don't let that deter you – it's a genuinely friendly and welcoming spot that offers a fantastic holiday experience for everyone. The food is absolutely amazing, with a wonderful variety of different dishes offered every day. Everything is clearly labeled in both Spanish and English, making it easy to navigate and try new things. Kids are exceptionally well catered for with fresh fruit, pizza, and generally kid-friendly options available throughout the day. Our kids particularly loved the water slides, which kept them entertained for hours! The pool areas are really clean, with staff constantly going around all day tidying up and keeping everything spotless. The rooms are a good size, and while the air conditioning won't freeze you out, it's more than adequate to keep you comfortable. The entertainment staff are great; while most of the entertainment is in Spanish, they make every effort to engage English-speaking guests once they realize you're there. Just a note for British parents: the evening entertainment generally starts around 9 pm, which is completely normal for Spanish timings but might be a bit late for young children. And the bar staff are awesome, providing excellent service with a smile. If you're looking for a hidden gem of a hotel a little off the typical British tourist trail, this is definitely the place for you. We had an truly amazing holiday and would highly recommend it!

Very good hotel if you have kids. Swimming pools full of activities and slides. Downside is that there is not enough area to swim as it is mostly closed for slides, but expected if you come with kids. Clean rooms and big. Animation part is disappointing during the evening, have been to many hotels with animation for kids, however this one is just one woman shouting on the stage and playing songs not suitable for kids! And adults show is ok one day and another day is just some amateur dance. Food is ok.

The breakfast experience was disappointing — intense and stressful. It was difficult to find a table, the space was cramped, and there were long queues for pancakes and eggs. The food quality was low overall, clearly just packaged grocery items unpacked and arranged nicely. The bread I had was extremely hard, at least a day old and poorly preserved. The air conditioning in the room was weak and ineffective, making it uncomfortable to rest. The showerheads seemed deliberately chosen to restrict water pressure, making it almost impossible to wash long hair properly. The water slides are a highlight — fun and well-designed — but the red slide is poorly constructed, with seams that are uncomfortable and even painful for adults. The pools were heavily chlorinated, more so than any other public pool I’ve experienced, with an overpowering chemical smell. At the “quiet pool,” the experience was ruined by a lifeguard who blew his whistle incessantly, creating more stress and noise than any child or adult talking. His behavior came across as arrogant and unnecessarily rude, scaring children and upsetting adults. A calm, respectful approach would have been far more effective than constant whistling. The location itself is pleasant, and the staff genuinely try hard to deliver a good experience, but they are clearly overworked and understaffed. This results in long queues at check-in and check-out, and visible stress in the buffet restaurant. Overall, the property feels optimized for profit rather than guest experience, at the expense of both customers and staff. I cannot recommend it — particularly if you value a relaxed, quality experience over high-volume, low-touch operations.
