Alegria Costa Ballena Aquafun

Amazing!!! The food here is amazing! So many things to choose from and it tastes good! The people are very kind. They don’t speak English really well, but they try and they are always nice and helpful. There are mostly Spanish people here now. I’ve seen one English couple. The aqua fun swimming pool is amazing. They keep a really good eye on everyone, it feels really safe. The slides are amazing. The park next to the hotel is beautiful and fun. The room is nice and clean, beds are very comfortable. The hotel looks amazing as well. It’s so beautiful. We will definitely come back to this place. One word to describe it: AMAZING!

Amazing Hotel with Amazing service. I did not know what to expect on arrival but was greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist. Staff are always smiling and happy and always accommodating to all our requests. The rooms were clean and modern and amenities were Excellent. The location is few minutes from a beautiful beach were there are not many people and you can enjoy in privacy. We used the Hotel Spa and surprised how good the hydro jacuzzi baths were. This is better than many 5 star hotels even though it has 4 stars. Special mention to Juan Restaurant manager and his male colleague which was also too helpful and very nice.You can park your car here for free here which is a added bonus. Overall I can't fault this Hotel for anything and will look forward to staying here again.

We are a family of 4, parents and 2 children of 13 and 5. There are plenty of activities and amenities. With full access to the AquaFun with a lot of slides suited for every children age. The only drawback is that the slides only open at 11h and close at 1845. There’s also a shuttle that can take you from the hotel to the beach, however although the schedule says that closes at 15h and 19h actually the last ride is 15m before the top of the hour. Above all I want to give a huge shout out to the animation team where the night shows were amazing my kids loved it. The level of dedication, bringing the kids to be part of the shows brought a lot of enjoy to everyone. Keep it going.
