Can’t comment on rooms or location as we never got to stay. Their terms and conditions are incredibly unclear and understated on their website - I could not find anything which stated that they don’t accept people travelling for hen parties, only a tiny sentence right in the fine print of Booking.com (who reads that anyway). I have worked in 4 and 5* hotels for over a decade, travelled all over the world and have never been met with prejudice conditions such as these. Their “perfect for groups” statement on the website is simply not true. Overall a very poor customer experience for a “hospitality” provider. Now having to scramble to find alternative accommodation.

4 star hotel just by ticking boxes, but the service and quality are nowhere near there. An uncomfortable stay. Upon arrival, we requested help with parking. A lady from the reception looked deeply annoyed by having to open the garage, and begrudgingly showed us to the parking spot, not before making it clear through her expressions and body language that she was not happy to assist. She rushed us while parking and criticized the driving (I must be clear, this was in no way I'm a joking or friendly manner). She provided no explanation as to how to exit or enter the garage in the future, forcing us to inquire multiple times how to. Room: While apparently clean, there were some serious issues with the room: the safety box did not work, was originally jammed closed with a piece of paper, there were silver fish all over the room, toilet and the soap dispenser in the shower was broken and the central AC is blocked at 23 degrees in the evening and inoperable in the afternoon, with no fans provided, making the stay in the room very uncomfortable. We were not given enough keys for the occupants of the room, and had to ask for them and wait for a while to get them later on in the day. We used our towels earlier in the day and requested fresh ones in the afternoon so we could shower in the evening, but were informed that they would not provide them for us and told to wait till the cleaning of the room the next day... After we checked out. Gym: very smelly, poorly aired gym with little equipment. The power plate did not work, dumbbells only available up to 12.5 kgs, and the bench is in terrible shape. Also to note: to get a pool towel you must give a deposit.

Very rude directors and receptionist. Very sexist and greedy. They demanded 100€ per person so 300€ in total because our friends dropped us of outside the hotel. As girls it’s very dangerous to walk alone at night and they showed no compassion at all for the situation. The communication is very bad. It was totally unclear at what time we had to check out. First they said at 9, someone else said at 11 and another person at 10. In inconvenient situations they don’t hear out our side of the story, they get mad instantly.
