AleMar Sirolo

Best place ever. Located in the center of Sirolo. Close to everything (central square with panoramic sea view, great restaurants, bus transfer to the beach). Host is very friendly and punctual. Highly recommend!

Very good location, very clean it smelled lovely everywhere and has everything you need. Marco is always there to help and so is his lovely wife Blanka. I mentioned not being able to park on a steep parking spot (as I read about this in a review) they have two lovely flat parking spots available for people like me or like Blanka 😉. It's about 10 minutes walk uphill from there, but Marco is kind enough to help you by taking the luggage in his car and take you up the hill and back when the sad day comes that you have to leave. Also the pick-up and return from and to the beach is very convenient. It's 20 euro for two including an umbrella and two beachbeds at the beach for the day. You can have your breakfast at three restaurants which is a nice idea, but in my opinion not the very best as the differences are too big: - L'Oasi: scores best on Google and therefore our first choice on day one. Unfortunately the rating is probably based on their dinner and not breakfast. We could choose one flavour of croissant and one drink. Maybe it's enough for the italian standard, but not the European "I'm on a holiday" standard. The croissant was quality wise bad and my Orange juice was from a store bought little bottle and also not great at all. The staff was friendly though If this would have been our only breakfast this would have definitely influenced our rating on Alemar to a 3 or 4 star since the breakfast is part of B&B. - Then we found il Grillo which was amazing. Only 3,9 on Google but that was definitely not for the breakfast. Fresh products, nice home made breadrolls, cakes, pies, sandwiches and lovely fresh Orange juice and coffee. The staff was also friendly and told us we could have what we wanted and as much as we wanted. After breakfast on the third day we found that the breakfast is also a bit more expensive than the other shops. But definitely worth it. A breakfast that matches the amazing Alemar B&B. - On the Fifth day we planned on returning to il Grillo and order less as now we had an estimate of the prices. Unfortunately our favorite place was closed. So we decided on going to the third restaurant "Love". At least we'd be able to complete the review on all three restaurants. I was able to have a savory breakfast instead of sweet which was a plus and my husband his sweet breakfast. Portionwise it was again not great. A mini breadroll and a small slice of a baguette, not fresh juice and tea. Quality wise the food was pretty good. They have a special menu for the B&B's around. But when you arrive you see things as pancake, toast with avocado and salmon to find out you can't have those, which is sad. So even though it took the 2nd spot there is a big gap between Love and Il Grillo when it comes to breakfast. So our recommendation is: make a deal with il Grillo providing your guest to always eat there and in return have Il Grillo give you extra discount (so you help each other) and be open even on the closed day for maybe a smaller breakfast that day. Maybe set up a max of two food items of choice and one beverage of choice. There is enough choice for everyone to get something they like here. And before you know it Alemar will get only 5 stars as it deserves 5 stars as an accomodation but then will not lose stars on a bad breakfast! Absolutely Wonderful! Perfect rooms. Perfect amenities. Perfect Host. Perfect seaside town. Restaurants fantastic and shopping fantastic. We can't wait to return to Sirolo and return to Alemar! ❤❤❤
