A Wonderful Hotel Experience During my stay, I had an absolutely delightful experience at the swimming pool on the 52nd floor. From the moment I arrived, James and Fiona greeted me with the warmest smiles and genuine hospitality. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel instantly welcome.
