Stayed for a few nights and it was a luxurious stay. The AC is generous. My family was upgraded upon arrival. The room was a Jr. Suite and it was spacious with a King sized bed and great double shower and double sink bathroom! We were greeted with welcome drinks and a nice dessert platter in the room. Walls were thick, we didn’t hear our neighbors. While they have an outdoor pool, it’s small and we were packed a bit like sardines on a hot summer day in August. Regardless, the pool was clean. Just wished they made it longer (closes at 6 PM) or waive the fee for the spa/indoor pool. Breakfast was great, they had buffet and a la carte items. Sunny side eggs with shaved truffle was a nice touch for the buffet! The service was awesome, everyone was so polite and friendly. I’d come back for the location, hotel service and amenities.
The hotel is situated on a quiet street in a fantastic location. We spent three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the modern facilities offer plenty of great amenities. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding team. From the start, Mariateresa was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and arranging airport pickup before we even arrived. Each morning, being welcomed by Antonella at breakfast felt like seeing family. Simone was always available at the front desk whenever we needed assistance. Every staff member went above and beyond—not for tips, but because they genuinely care about their guests. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for taking such wonderful care of us. This hotel truly feels like a home away from home.
The hotel has a wonderful location; quiet but close to train station and an easy walk to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The property is visually appealing and our room was well appointed. We did not use the pool area as it looked crowded with children (which is understandable for hot afternoons). We appreciated the fitness area, but found the fee for the sauna a bit excessive for a property of this caliber. We have stayed in other luxury brands in Europe where sauna is inclusive. The daily breakfast was very good; a rotating variety of main options each day that were well prepared and fresh. Additional pastries and sides were great as well. What really stood out to us was the service, in both positive and negative ways. We experienced really wonderful service from the attentive and hardworking staff in the breakfast area, but unfortunately lackluster doormen service, which was some days non existent.
