There was a wooden ceiling/floor above our heads, so we could hear every single move our neighbours did, and we were not prepared on that. Update: as the owner says it is not possible that there was a noise, I had to upload the video that i filmed, it was not possible to sleep. Honestly, for the same money we spent much better time, at high quality accommodation, not far away. Positive attitude would be to accept the criticism, as there are bad feedback and improve.
