I highly recommend this hotel. Great rooms, very clean, good food, beer even better. The best animations! The animators were very friendly, caring, especially Mustafa and Ibrahim - you are the best! Best regards! :)

Our stay at this hotel was overall pleasant. Although we arrived very early — around 6 a.m. — we were immediately allowed to go to our room, as well as use the pool and have breakfast. The food selection was decent. Breakfast was mostly the same every day, and the food was often not served hot enough. For lunch, we usually visited the Pool Bar, where snacks, burgers, waffles, and the option to make your own kebab were available. Regarding drinks — each bartender made cocktails differently, and they were not always very tasty. The drink selection in general could be wider. If the hotel offers Ultra All Inclusive, we expect a broader range of imported alcohol. However, imported drinks were only available in one bar, which was open for just two hours in the evening, and even there, the choice was limited. The animation team was very friendly, especially Mali, who was always cheerful and energetic. However, the entertainment program overall was quite modest. Evening shows were short, and nothing much happened afterwards. On Sunday, there was no entertainment program at all, which made the evening feel rather empty. This is an area where the hotel could improve to make evenings more engaging for guests. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and well-kept — lots of greenery, clean rooms, and even some shops within the hotel. There is also a small shop right next to the hotel, and just a five-minute walk away there is a large market where you can buy souvenirs, clothes, bags, and shoes. The hotel has two swimming pools — one active and one quiet. The number of sun loungers is limited, and if you go to the pool around 9 a.m., it is already difficult to find a free one. A beautiful, green, and well-maintained hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location. However, in terms of dining and entertainment, there are a few areas that could be improved to fully match the Ultra All Inclusive experience.

Aletris hotel is a nice hotel - although I would agree with other comments that it's not where you'd expect it to be as a 5*. Price / quality ratio was aligned for us. Some specific review points: General This hotel caters well to German, Polish, and Russian speaking. Although some staff can speak in English, not all do, so communicating in English can be tough at times. Stray Cats There are many stray cats in the hotel, especially wanting a small piece of chicken from you at lunch/dinnertime. They seemed to stay on the outside terrace area, and if ignored, they left you alone. They're all very sweet, but they are strays and may scratch. If you're feeling super cat/dog love, exit the hotel and head to the left to Migros. On the left, there is a huge colony of street cats, plus some dogs. The Migros sells dry and wet food if you want to leave something down for them. There is also a water bowl to the left of Migros in the greenery, which can be filled or additional water left so someone else can fill when it's empty. Rooms The rooms are nice but small. The bathrooms are tiny. They're fairly well kept, clean as can be given they're a little dated and well-used. The beds / mattresses are terrible and need replacing. We had a roach one night in the bathroom, so we asked the cleaning staff to spray our room and had no further issues. The staff do tend to ignore your "do not disturb" applied to your room door. We had this sign on a few times and either had housekeeping enter the room or someone to refill the bar. Would really suggest staff take this into consideration. Food The food is stunning, and there is such a variety. Every day is a different themed day. Make sure you head away from the main canteen area to the grill where there's normally something good smoking. Kids' food (chips, nuggets) is always available, plus some Turkish food alongside the themed dishes available. We really enjoyed it. We also ate at the turkish a la carte restaurant. It's worth a try! Drinks Although they have a great selection, alcohol is bottom shelf (typical for all inclusive) and also sodas we found were very syrupy. Water was readily available in fridges, and the queues for the bars were often very short. The coffee situation is not good, similar to a "bad" instant coffee. Staff Most were super helpful. Check-in was a little awkward. We were given a room key and almost brushed away, not informed where to go for our room, for food, etc. However, it only went better from there. Every dinner we sat somewhere else to get to know the different waiters, they were all very helpful, the minute we finished a drink a new one was there waiting. They often remembered our drinks order too, which is impressive given the number of guests. The bar staff at the entertainment area are great, and the afternoon waffles are always a good shout. Pool Slides are good fun for a few go's, and it's also a lot quieter to sit there than the main pool. There is a problem with people reserving loungers. If we went out at 11am, we did struggle to find 2 loungers and a parasol, despite many being empty, they were often reserved with towels / inflatables on. The hotel has a policy about not reserving loungers, but this is not enforced or adhered to. Smoking This hotel is very smoker friendly. It would really benefit from an area both for dining and lounging that is smoke-free. Entertainment The Entertainment team is go-go-go nearly all day. They're very inviting to involve people but not too pushy. The evening shows are worth a watch, bonus points if you can watch and listen from your balcony too! External Activities (not a review just an FYI to guests) We did not book any tours within the hotel. We booked a jeep safari from getyourguide.com. Picked up directly and had a fantastic day out at the Green Canyon.
