Our stay at Alexander Hotel, Anantapur, was made extra special by the warm and caring staff. One memorable moment was when a lady staff member(sharadha mounika Garu) repeatedly checked in on us, asking how we were doing and if we needed anything. Her concern felt genuine and comforting.... The hotel even provided a medical kit promptly when needed—such thoughtful service really stands out. Rooms were clean and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Truly appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and caring place to stay.
Excellent Housekeeping Service! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I must especially appreciate the housekeeping team(Sarada & Liza). The rooms were spotless every single day — clean linens, well-stocked toiletries, and everything arranged perfectly. The staff was polite, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. It truly made my stay more comfortable and relaxing. Great job to the housekeeping team for their dedication and excellent service!
*EVEN 1 STAR IS NOT WORTH * We stayed at Alexander for two days, booking 10 rooms. The hotel's maintenance and staff responsiveness were extremely poor, making for a frustrating experience that was not worth the price. We had to repeatedly call for basic amenities like toiletries, towels, and water bottles, which were not provided in the rooms initially. A request we made at 7 p.m, for these items didn't get fulfilled until after midnight, which also disturbed our sleep. Additionally, we had requested extra beds at 7 p.m but by 11:15 p.m also no one had come to provide them. Out of frustration, we ended up getting the beds ourselves and moving them into each room. A major issue was the complete lack of hot water for our entire two-day stay. When we inquired about it, the staff simply provided a water heater, expecting us to heat water in a bucket and also the staff response was worst ****Given these significant issues, I recommend not staying at Alexander at all**** --->EVEN THE SUMMIT HALL WE BOOKED DOESN'T HAVE AC AND THEY KNEW THAT AC DOESN'T WORK STILL THEY LIED TO US SAYING IT WILL WORK AND THE GUESTS WHO CAME TO SUMMIT HALL FACED HEAVY HEAT DUE TO LACK OF AC
