Alexander Palme Hotel

I am staying in this hotel with a group of 36 people. We are all very pleased with this hotel. First of all the rooms are spotlessly clean. Second is we received the warmest welcome in Italy. Third is they have a very nice garden area and they offer fantastic wine. The furniture is old style but we like it this way. It feels real Italy to all of us. We recommend it and we will definately use it again for our company’s trip to Italy.

I would like to share my experience with the the hotel. The check in process was very smooth. The staff was excellent. Their hospitality was fantastic They went out of the way to make your feel at home. Extremely attentive to your needs. I had a group of 50 people. Looking forward to staying here again. What the people enjoyed most was the live music

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Hospitality level: 0.0. You pay for “bed and breakfast,” but the breakfast is nothing more than dry bread and a cup of terrible coffee. Breakfast is advertised from 7:00 to 8:00, yet when I arrived at 7:20, the table was already empty. When I complained, I was told, “Breakfast is finished.” Finished? After only 20 minutes? Only after insisting did they bring out some omelets—and nothing else. A few minutes later, when a small plate of cheese appeared, I tried to take a slice, only to be stopped by a rude staff member who told me, “No, it’s finished.” This is absolutely unacceptable. You take money for a meal but fail to provide it. Guests are left hungry, and the staff’s attitude is insulting. Avoid this place at all costs.
