We expected slightly more from a 4 star hotel. : We ordered room service through the QR code placed in our room for this purpose. This promised the food to arrive within 30 minutes. When an hour after passing the order we still didn’t receive anything, my husband went down to the restaurant to find that (!) the restaurant never received the order. Despite the fact that (as they confirmed) the restaurant had been aware that QR code system just doesn’t function, invitations had not been removed from the rooms. Positive: kid friendly. Got cot set up in room. Nice playground 🛝 by the breakfast area.

In no way is this a 4 star hotel! It's on an industrial estate right next to a busy motorway so it's incredibly noisy. The air con in bedroom did nothing at all even on 'full' - couldn't feel a hint of cold air. Lots of mosquitos in the room and outside so combined with the road noise and hot humid room, we got very little sleep. Didn't help that there were bus loads of kids on a trip playing 'chap door, run' at 10.30pm! Couldn't eat in restaurant in the evening as it was too busy with all the kids. The little pots of UHT milk in our room looked sealed, but were not and were empty!! Thought we'd go to breakfast as soon as it opened, but the kids got there first. A very unpleasant stay and whilst there may not be hoards of kids all the time, the poor location and standard of room means we cannot recommend the hotel. We found an excellent local restaurant nearby though.

Hotel is full of screaming out of control children running all over. Not possible to eat in as restaurant is full. Wouldn't stay here again
