My family and I had an awesome time at Alexandra Resort! The staff was attentive and made everything easy. It’s the perfect place to relax with a beautiful beach, chill vibes, and a great spot to unwind. Big shout out to Cheeky and Kimron who made the activities on the beach and after dinner so much fun. They have fun extras during the day if you want them, but I was happy with just going to the beach, dinner, and activities after. Would totally go back!

Whole family had fun at Alexandra. Our first all inclusive experience. Great pool and little satellite bars and places to grab food. Restaurants were better than average and entertainment was surprisingly fun and well produced. Some of the activities seemed like they ran more on island time but that's probably to be expected. We liked being able to go to the Blue Haven and share their amenities, but Fire and Ice was a bit underwhelming. Beach area was large and could always find a seat. Our room was the biggest drawback. Although a nice spot overlooking the pool, there was a very strong sulfuric smell emanating from the wash closet. Maintenance came by to spray some disinfectant in the vents but that didn't do much.

Ill start with the positive: Room was great and always clean. Beach was gorgeous and the water was amazing. They advertised several restaurants but 4 or 5 were food trailers that guests could not order from without a staff member, which took a very long time. The "better" restaurants needed a reservation which was almost impossible to get. Staff seemed to be botheredand uninterested when you asked them a question. Not sure if it was a language barrier or they just could not be bothered. This was also the first all inclusive resort when the staff expected tips. Had one staff member, after dropping off my bags stand , n the kitchen area until I gave him money..be prepared w plenty of $1 & $5 bills. Do not find a bartender and give them the usual $$$ expecting to see them again and have them take care of you. That is non-existent like other resorts. Do mot expect to be served on the beach or by the pool. Everything other than the restaurants is self.serve. Not sure if I will ever return to this.island again!
