Definitely not a four stars hotel. Made a mistake a booked the hotel assuming certain quality of four stars hotels in Austria. Rooms are terrible and not ventilated. Avoid during summer and hot days.
we got a junior suite at this hotel and it was absolutely horrible. the beds were so uncomfortable we couldn't even fall asleep. the double bed was two seperate mattresses (with dips in the middle) with a gap in between, and the sofa bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a rock. everything in the hotel is old and outdated and the staff are very rude. overall an overpriced and unpleasant stay. I don't understand how this is a 4 star hotel. never again!
