Hotel was lovely!! Amazing rooms and the rooftop pool, breakfast and gym was great! Location was far away!!! Very difficult to get an uber or bolt but the hotel reception can order you a taxi easy enough

Beautiful hotel, great buffet breakfast and stylish rooms. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return as the staff were not friendly, particularly at reception. There were also maintenance issues with elevators not working and I got stuck on level 5 when I needed to get back to the airport.

Really disappointing experience with the customer service. Maintenance workers were operating electrical equipment right outside the rooms from 7am. When I raised this at the front desk, the staff’s response was simply a shrug — no apology, no explanation. The next morning, the fire alarm went off from 7am. In fairness, that wasn’t their fault. After checking out, I realised I had left my car keys in the room. When I called the hotel, the receptionist told me they wouldn’t assist with returning them, even though I said I would cover all courier or postal costs. Astoundingly poor service overall. Hospitality seems to be completely absent here. I would not recommend this hotel.
