Alfa Hotel

We loved our stay here! Fabulous location, comfy rooms, service was outstanding, food was excellent! We especially enjoyed the cocktail bar and snack time. The service is amazing. We traveled with a family of 6- kids and grandparents- everyone had an amazing week and loved the accommodations and food.

I rarely give great ratings but this hotel deserves it. My bed I thought was too hard no problem a mattress pad appeared. The food for breakfast and dinner was great and the service of the staff was excellent. Pool was wonderful too. It is just a short walk to Gondola or town. Stunning views.

I would highly recommend Hotel Alfa in Serfaus. The dining experience was exceptional with delicious and diverse course menus that never failed to impress. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, thanks to the dedicated cleaners who made sure guests felt right at home. Despite the construction of a new gondola nearby, it didn't disrupt our experience as the hotel is situated approximately 500 meters away. We are already planning to book this hotel again in the future because we have no complaints whatsoever. It's truly a great value for the money!
